Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Procurement Relations Lead to join our team in a US-hybrid role based in Boston or nearby hubs. You will build trusted relationships with client procurement and strategic sourcing stakeholders, lead capability meetings, and drive growth through new opportunities across our healthcare client portfolio.

You will report to the Head of Business Strategy and Growth, partner with client leads to understand business needs, and help evolve our procurement engagement framework

Qualifications

• 12+ years in client relationship management, account leadership, strategic sourcing or procurement with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to generate new business leads and grow strategic client relationships.
• Deep healthcare industry experience across pharma, biotech, life sciences, or agency partners.
• Strong understanding of procurement landscape, ESG priorities, and regulatory requirements in healthcare.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-starter with initiative and resilience in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and own trusted relationships with client procurement stakeholders and lead growth opportunities.
• Generate and qualify new leads within client procurement organizations and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Organize and lead client procurement capability meetings with tailored content.
• Act as a bridge to introduce capability and account leads to stakeholders for growth.
• Partner with existing client leads to understand business priorities and procurement dynamics.
• Help evolve Real Chemistry’s framework for engaging client procurement teams.
• Keep senior stakeholders informed on relationship status and risks.
• Drive post-engagement debriefs to capture learnings.
