Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Account Director to lead client relationships, support new business opportunities, and oversee project delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage proposals and SOPs, and mentor junior staff to ensure client satisfaction and on-time deliverables.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, effective communication, and collaboration with the PM to meet deadlines and budgets, offering a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities as support to the Account Director.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Moderate meetings and communications, provide timely meeting recaps, and coach junior staff.
• Develop and own strategic operational plans for client scopes (creative briefs, project plans, status spreadsheets).
• Follow SOPs, review timelines and submission deadlines with PM collaboration.
• Coordinate resources and ensure successful work output within budgets and milestones.
