Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking a Managing Director, Growth & Client Partnerships to lead growth across its Media organization in the United States. This executive will drive revenue, expand strategic client relationships, and shape the commercial strategy, partnering across capabilities to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record in healthcare media growth and client partnerships.
• Executive presence with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in omnichannel engagement, data-driven marketing, and AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth of Real Chemistry Media by securing new engagements and expanding client partnerships.
• Lead media business development, including pitches, RFP responses, and commercial strategy.
• Advise senior leaders on omnichannel engagement, audience strategy and measurement.
• Partner with capabilities to deliver integrated solutions and accelerate media growth.
• Elevate market presence through thought leadership and strategic partnerships.
