Real Chemistry is seeking a Procurement Relations Lead for a U.S. hybrid role based in or near one of our U.S. hubs. You will build trusted relationships with client procurement teams, generate new leads, and lead capability discussions to showcase our breadth of services.

The role requires deep healthcare industry experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead through influence in a matrixed organization. A strong track record in expanding engagements is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in client relationship management or procurement leadership.
• Proven ability to generate new business and expand client engagements.
• Deep healthcare industry experience across pharma/biotech/life sciences.
• Global procurement knowledge and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Build and own relationships with client procurement stakeholders and drive growth.
• Generate and qualify new leads and maintain a robust pipeline.
• Lead client procurement capability meetings with curated content.
• Open doors to new stakeholders by connecting capability and accounts.
• Understand client business and translate insights into growth strategies.
• Help evolve Real Chemistry's framework for engaging procurement teams.
• Keep senior stakeholders informed on relationship status and risks.
• Drive post-engagement debriefs to capture learning and improve.
