Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of contract and procurement laws, regulations, policies and procedures specific to the Commonwealth.
• Experience procuring goods and services including RFPs, IFBs, and sole source procurement.
• Experience using SPCC and monthly card reconciliations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with internal and external customers and delivering presentations.
• Strong PC applications proficiency (MS Office).
• VCA certification must be obtained within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Procure goods and services for the agency promptly and accurately.
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders, returns, and billing discrepancies.
• Ensure terms and conditions align with procurement regulations.
• Utilize SPCC and process procurements through the eVA system.
• Track purchasing, SPCC requisitions, and delivery of orders to staff.
• Maintain term contracts and provide guidance on procurement policies.
