Envision Technology, a defense-focused engineering and manufacturing firm, seeks a Procurement and Material Planner to safeguard uninterrupted production. You will forecast demand, optimize inventory, and manage supplier performance to meet program objectives, while collaborating across Production, PM, and Engineering.

Responsibilities include translating demand into plans, issuing POs, negotiating terms, and maintaining ERP data.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or Business Management, or 5+ years in procurement within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of purchasing principles, inventory management, and MRP.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and accurate data maintenance.
• Ability to read BOMs and interpret engineering drawings.
• Demonstrated ability to identify supply risks and mitigate them.
• Excellent organizational skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Translate demand requirements into actionable production plans.
• Own planning of raw materials, components, and services for production schedules.
• Review requisitions, generate POs, ensure supplier lead times.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop high-performing suppliers.
• Solicit and evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate pricing and terms.
• Coordinate with Program Management on RFQs, cost analysis, and proposals.
• Maintain complete part master data in the ERP system.
• Monitor inventory levels and demand signals to balance supply and reduce risk.
• Track POs, verify lead times, drive supplier accountability.
• Identify material risks and coordinate recovery plans across teams.
• Ensure procurement complies with policies and regulations; resolve PO discrepancies with Accounts Payable.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in procurement and inventory optimization.
