Job summary

Blue Yonder seeks a Senior Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing across multiple categories, driving value, TCO reduction and supplier performance. The role involves managing a team, collaborating with operations, finance, engineering, legal and product to influence demand and timelines.

The position is hybrid in the Dallas/Fort Worth area with opportunities for impact through analytics, automation and procurement tools, delivering measurable cost savings and improved terms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ years in a managerial or senior lead role.
• Experience with ERP platforms and spend analytics.
• Experience managing indirect and/or direct procurement categories.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute category strategies aligned to business goals; develop multi-year sourcing plans.
• Lead complex sourcing events (RFX, RFPs, RFIs) and negotiate contracts.
• Build strategic supplier relationships; conduct reviews and KPI tracking.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks; ensure policy compliance.
• Mentor and develop procurement team members; influence cross-functional partners.
• Utilize spend analytics to identify savings and drive process improvements.
• Deliver cost savings and manage category budgets.
