Job summary

Blue Yonder in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing across multiple categories. You will manage a team, drive supplier performance and negotiates complex contracts, with a focus on cost reduction and supply continuity.

The role requires strong analytics, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Coupa/Ariba) and proven leadership in procurement programs. This is a hybrid position offering competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field.
Master’s or MBA is a plus.
Minimum 8 years of progressive procurement experience, including 3+ years in a managerial or senior/category lead role.

Responsibilities

Define and execute category strategies aligned to business goals.
Lead complex sourcing events (RFX, RFPs, RFIs) and contract negotiations.
Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships and conduct regular business reviews.
Identify and mitigate procurement risks and ensure policy compliance.
Lead, mentor, and develop procurement team members and stakeholders.
Drive spend analytics, process standardization and procurement tool adoption.
