Bodycote in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Senior Purchasing Manager for North America to lead procurement across its manufacturing network, drive cost competitiveness and supplier performance, and advance operational excellence.

The role partners with Operations, Engineering, Finance and regional leadership to deliver sustainable value, manage complex supplier negotiations, and implement regional sourcing strategies aligned with global objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in progressive procurement and sourcing roles.
• 5+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement leadership.
• Experience in multi-site manufacturing environments.
• Proven success in high-value supplier negotiations and sourcing projects.
• Experience in heat treatment/industrial manufacturing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead procurement activities across North American Bodycote facilities.
• Partner with Operations, Regional Leadership, Engineering and Finance.
• Develop regional procurement strategies aligned with global sourcing objectives.
• Drive cost savings, supplier consolidation and standardization.
• Manage supplier negotiations, contracts and performance reviews.
• Monitor risk, compliance and procurement governance.
