Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and sourcing strategies for construction projects, materials, equipment, and services from planning through project completion.
• Partner with Construction, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other teams to understand project needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Source, evaluate, and manage general contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers across multiple projects.
• Lead RFx/RFP processes, analyze bids and proposals, negotiate pricing and terms, and execute supplier agreements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while balancing quality, timelines, and operations.
• Manage key vendor relationships including performance, pricing, contracts, and risk compliance.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure timely sourcing and delivery aligned with milestones.
• Monitor market trends, material costs, and supply risks affecting timelines or budgets.
• Develop and improve procurement processes, tools, reporting, and vendor management as the company scales.
• Manage multiple sourcing initiatives independently and report results to senior leadership.
