Envision, Inc. is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing for raw materials and services, while overseeing the Purchasing Department's daily operations.

You will drive supplier negotiations, pricing, and contract administration, using data analytics to improve margins and efficiency. The role requires strong leadership, vendor management, and advanced Excel skills, with experience in government contracting and ERP/MRP environments.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years purchasing experience with a strong emphasis on government contracting preferred.
• Two years supervisory experience required.
• Data analysis experience required.
• Advanced Excel and database experience required.

Aufgaben

• Lead strategic sourcing for all raw materials and services.
• Oversee daily operations of the Purchasing Department including purchasing, pricing, inventory, distribution, vendor negotiations, and contract administration.
• Use analytical methods and tools to understand, predict, improve procurement and sales.
• Develop RFP processes for new opportunities and manage contract terms.
• Supervise direct reports in negotiation, data analysis, and pricing optimization.
