Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain with capital projects.
• Experience sourcing complex technical and industrial services.
• Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements and drive cost savings.
• Strong procurement controls, contract management, and supplier relations.
• Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, finance, and projects.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Proven leadership in building teams and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, procurement, and contract management for capital projects, operations, maintenance, and construction services.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to improve cost, supply security, and efficiency.
• Partner with engineering, operations, finance, logistics, and project teams on sourcing needs.
• Manage procurement of complex technical scopes including mechanical, electrical, fabrication, EPC, and services.
• Negotiate commercial terms and supplier partnerships to maximize value and cash flow.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through spend analysis and market insights.
• Establish procurement policies, controls, and SAP governance processes.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and purchasing plans for financial predictability.
• Assess supplier markets, risks, and trends for informed sourcing decisions.
• Lead and mentor procurement team; scale organization as we grow.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to make procurement proactive and data-driven.
