Job summary

Creation Technologies is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead purchasing activities in support of production and operational requirements. The role includes coaching Buyers, driving best practices, and partnering with leadership to meet customer needs and cost targets.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills within a multi-location, complex manufacturing environment. The role offers full-time employment with performance-based bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in operations, inventory or purchasing management or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5–10 years of planning/buying experience, preferably within electronics manufacturing
• ERP system experience within a Supply Chain environment including buying and inventory
• Excellent English communications skills, both written and verbal
• Lean Supply Chain experience would be beneficial
• Demonstrated strong leadership experience with excellent people skills

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor a team of Buyers
• Provide coaching and training of Buyers in standardized processes
• Partner with leadership to ensure buying practices meet customer needs and cost targets
• Assign buying resources across the business unit to balance workload
• Support material cost reductions and supplier discounts
• Lead supplier performance reviews and improvement plans
