Qualifications

• 5 years of warehouse/inventory management experience.
• 5 years with leading hourly teams or equivalent.
• Bachelor's or college degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• High School diploma, GED, or equivalency.
• Advanced English business communications, both written and verbal.
• Ability to schedule and conduct meaningful meetings.
• Strong customer service focus (internal and external).
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic business environment.
• Able to manage staffing of a multi-shift operation.
• Proactive with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse operates with maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and train materials employees; set operational objectives.
• Manage inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop storage methods and stock locations based on turnover.
• Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventories; maintain accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements.
• Produce reports on inventory and warehouse status; set metrics and targets.
• Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to personnel.
• Audit receiving, shipping, and material handling processes.
