Job summary

Potters Industries in Paris, TX, seeks a Purchaser/Maintenance Coordinator to support the plant maintenance program, purchasing parts, scheduling, filing records, and coordinating internal communications. This position also serves as backup for the Plant Administrator.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (business degree preferred), 5+ years in Purchasing/Administrative roles, 5+ years in manufacturing, and strong Excel, Word, Outlook, SAP, and CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college degree in business preferred.
• 5+ years of Purchasing/Administrative experience.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates in compliance with health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations.
• Purchasing and sourcing of all needed parts and services to keep the plant operating.
• Enter/Retrieve maintenance work orders into CMMS system; Prepare and process purchase orders in SAP.
• Coordinate scheduling, filing records, and internal communications; backup for Plant Administrator.
