Potters Industries LLC. in Paris, TX is seeking a Purchaser/Maintenance Coordinator to support the plant's maintenance program, handle purchasing parts, scheduling, records, and internal communications. This role also backs up the Plant Administrator.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED (business preferred) with 5+ years in purchasing/administrative roles, manufacturing experience, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of purchasing/administrative experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.

Responsabilités

• Purchasing and sourcing parts to keep the plant operating.
• Enter and track maintenance work orders in the CMMS.
• Prepare purchase orders in SAP.
• Coordinate outside contractors for inspections and repairs.
• Manage records, files, and internal communications.
• Support plant administration and act as backup for the Plant Administrator.
