Jobot is hiring a Purchasing Administrator for our Hamburg, PA facility. This full-time, permanent role supports procurement activities to ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and supplies for production.

A strong background in purchasing, CMMS reporting, GMP, and supplier negotiations is required. You will work with Purchasing, Production, Warehouse, Quality, and Operations to maintain accurate records and optimize the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in purchasing, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in generating and interpreting CMMS reports.
• Strong data entry skills with accuracy and speed.
• Understanding of GMP and industry compliance.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier-management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking for purchasing data insights.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all purchasing activities for materials, supplies, and services.
• Generate and review CMMS reports to track trends, costs, and inventory.
• Enter and maintain purchasing data accurately in the system.
• Adhere to GMP in all purchasing activities.
• Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and manage relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast procurement needs.
• Review supplier performance and implement improvement plans.
• Contribute to purchasing policies and procedures.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies or issues promptly.
