Job summary

Qualifications

• Complete knowledge of the Procurement cycle including source selection, price/cost analysis, negotiation, vendor management and documentation.
• Thorough knowledge of category management and development of data-driven category strategies.
• Knowledge of Government procurement principles and contract negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements sourcing strategy to increase productivity and identify cost savings.
• Lead category strategies and manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Oversee bid/proposal processes, contract development, and negotiations.
