Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking an experienced procurement and sourcing leader to oversee vendor management, supplier partnerships, and sourcing initiatives for a fast-paced, multi-location service organization. The Procurement Manager will develop sourcing strategies, evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and partner with cross-functional leadership across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing supplier relationships, contracts, and vendor performance programs.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
• Experience developing and executing RFP/RFQ/RFI processes.
• Ability to negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and SLAs.
• Understanding of contract management, legal terms, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing procurement budgets and delivering cost savings.
• Strong analytical and financial skills including spend analysis.
• Knowledge of supplier risk management and vendor due diligence.
• Experience creating vendor performance metrics and scorecards.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.
