The position emphasizes leadership, contract management, and collaboration with business stakeholders to drive value and cost savings across local and regional levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Certifications (C.P.M./C.P.S.M./N.A.C.M.) preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, and performance management preferred.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information and guide stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and oversee staffing, training, and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities and work with stakeholders to execute procurement strategy.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts for goods and services.
• Monitor contract renewals, terminations, and extensions and inform management of changes.
• Ensure supplier/vendor performance and conduct visits to review operations.
