Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee vendor management, supplier partnerships, and sourcing initiatives across our multi-location service organization. The role includes developing sourcing strategies, evaluating supplier performance, negotiating contracts, and guiding cross-functional teams at multiple locations.

You will drive cost savings, ensure compliance, and lead procurement initiatives in a fast-paced disaster restoration environment with a focus on integrity

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing sourcing strategies.
• Ability to manage supplier relationships and evaluate performance.
• Experience with RFP/RFQ/RFI processes and contract terms.
• Strong negotiation skills yielding favorable terms and SLAs.
• Understanding of regulatory compliance and procurement ethics.

We are seeking an experienced procurement and sourcing leader to oversee vendor management, supplier partnerships, and sourcing initiatives for our fast-paced, multi-location service organization.

Position Summary

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing sourcing strategies, evaluating supplier performance, managing contract negotiations, overseeing vendor transitions and product implementations, and partnering with cross-functional leadership across multiple operating locations.

Key Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and vendor performance programs.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.
• Experience developing and executing Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quote (RFQ), and Request for Information (RFI) processes.
• Proven ability to negotiate favorable pricing, contract terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Understanding of contract management, legal terms, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing procurement budgets while delivering measurable cost savings without sacrificing quality or service.
• Strong analytical and financial skills, including spend analysis, market research, and supplier evaluations.
• Knowledge of supplier risk management, business continuity planning, and vendor due diligence.
• Experience developing vendor performance metrics, KPIs, and supplier scorecards.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Leadership experience managing procurement teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-location environment while balancing competing priorities.
• High level of integrity and commitment to ethical procurement practices.
