You will partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, Engineering, and Finance to ensure material readiness and mitigate supply risks across a global manufacturing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years procurement, supply chain, or materials management in manufacturing.
• 3+ years people leadership in procurement or supply chain.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and supply chain risk.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches, and develops a team of buyers, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Escalation point for supply disruptions, mitigating risk with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Owns procurement operational cadence and cross-functional meetings to drive on-time delivery.
• Aligns material strategies with demand, capacity, and growth plans with Planning, Operations, Engineering, and Finance.
• Manages inventory planning parameters, lead times, and master data to optimize working capital.
• Leads process improvements in procurement systems and digitization initiatives.
• Supports strategic initiatives including new product introductions and global process harmonization.
