Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks an experienced Procurement Package Manager to lead all procurement and supply chain activities for a major pharmaceutical capital project. You will develop strategies to ensure equipment, materials, and services are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

This role collaborates with Engineering, Construction, Quality, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Suppliers to support design through startup and readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• 15+ years in procurement/supply chain/strategic sourcing/capital project procurement.
• 7+ years leading procurement organizations or major project procurement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all procurement and supply chain activities supporting capital project execution.
• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
• Establish procurement execution plans, governance processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead sourcing, contracting, purchasing, logistics, supplier quality, expediting, inspection, and materials management.
