KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks an experienced Procurement Package Manager to lead all procurement and supply chain activities for a major pharmaceutical capital project. You will develop and execute strategies to deliver equipment, materials, and services safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all procurement and supply chain activities supporting capital project execution.
  • Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives.
  • Establish procurement execution plans, governance processes, and reporting frameworks to support project delivery.
  • Lead sourcing, contracting, purchasing, logistics, supplier quality, expediting, inspection, and materials management activities.
  • Direct procurement personnel and provide leadership, coaching, performance management, and professional development.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies for major equipment, construction, subcontract, and service contracts.
  • Lead supplier evaluations, bid processes, negotiations, contract awards, and contract administration activities.
  • Negotiate EPC, EPCM, equipment, subcontract, and service agreements to achieve project objectives and commercial value.
  • Manage supplier performance, contract compliance, claims, dispute resolution, and commercial risk mitigation activities.
  • Drive the procurement and delivery of long-lead equipment, critical materials, and services required to support project schedules.

Procurement Package Manager

These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. KBR is seeking an experienced Procurement Package Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight for all procurement and supply chain activities supporting a major pharmaceutical capital project. This role is accountable for developing and executing procurement strategies that ensure equipment, materials, and services are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality, regulatory, and company requirements. The Procurement Package Manager serves as a key member of the project leadership team and works closely with Engineering, Construction, Quality, Operations, Finance, Legal, Project Controls, and Suppliers to support successful project execution from design through startup and operational readiness.
