Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent practical experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or related field.
• Experience procuring in high-complexity fabrication and assembly environments.
• Strong negotiation and contract development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for complex commercial agreements including pricing, terms, IP protection, capacity commitments, and supply assurances.
• Build and maintain trusted supplier partnerships with fabricators, contract manufacturers, and equipment partners.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and finance to align supplier strategies with product requirements.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers aligned with technical objectives and ensure supplier performance through metrics and continuous improvement.
