Qualifications

• 7+ years in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• 3+ years leading procurement teams and initiatives.
• Experience with supplier negotiations, RFQs/RFPs, contract management, and sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement operations and strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Develop cost-reduction strategies and optimize supplier performance.
• Manage RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Negotiate terms, service agreements, and warranties with suppliers.
• Monitor supplier KPIs on cost, delivery, quality, and compliance.
• Oversee POs, inventory management, and procurement controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and senior leadership.
