Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Transaction Management Director in Seattle to lead complex property transactions for corporate clients. This role requires developing real estate plans aligned with client goals, managing lease renewals, acquisitions, dispositions, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

You will influence strategic decisions, coach colleagues, and work within CBRE's RISE values. A Bachelor's degree and 10–15 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Advanced mathematical calculations relevant to real estate finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, recommend, and execute complex transaction strategies for acquiring and disposing of properties.
• Develop real estate plans aligned with client goals.
• Coordinate lease renewals, site acquisitions, and disposition of surplus space.
• Approve leases, amendments, and track expirations.
• Secure high-value properties to meet client timelines.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams for integrated service delivery.
• Apply advanced knowledge to create innovative solutions.
• Lead and coach others while upholding CBRE values.
