Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to lead strategic sourcing initiatives across Texas sites, optimizing supplier relationships and driving cost reductions. You will coordinate RFx processes, contract negotiations, and regional category strategies to meet business goals.

The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, mentorship of buyers, and adherence to procurement standards while maximizing value and supplier performance across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Supply chain certifications/PMP/Master's degree preferred.
• 5-7 years in procurement with category management, sourcing, and operations.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate in English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing activities for designated sites by RFx and contract negotiations.
• Manage procurement of goods and services and drive cost reduction.
• Approve local purchase orders within signature limits.
• Develop and mentor Buyers as needed.
• Report savings and status in operational meetings.
