Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a seasoned Buyer III to manage tactical procurement for aerospace projects. You will coordinate supplier communications, price analyses, and negotiations to support production materials and services across Blue Origin facilities.

Ideal candidates have a strong background in FAR/DFAR compliance, supplier management, and experience with major subcontracting. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and performance in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of procurement / supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize program requirements to meet Blue Origin needs.
• Prepare and issue RFx (RFP/RFQ) and perform price reasonableness determinations / price analyses.
• Lead negotiations of pricing, terms and conditions, schedule and scope of work.
• Develop and manage strategic contracts including LTAs and IDIQs.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and address supplier performance issues.
