Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for transportation services aligned to International's objectives
• Lead strategic sourcing decisions for new scope and current business to improve cost, service, quality, and delivery
• Establish business plans with VW and TRATON for collaboration with sister brands
• Research industry trends, benchmark data, carrier market conditions, rate structures, fuel surcharge trends
• Analyze category spend, lane data, accessorial charges, service performance, and carrier utilization for savings
• Partner with logistics, finance, operations, and procurement to develop budgets and validate requirements
• Build strategic partnerships with transportation suppliers for cost competitiveness and service levels
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract development, rate implementation, and performance reviews
• Drive compliance to Sourcing Policy and VW processes
• Continuously improve processes, data quality, and supplier management practices
