Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• 2+ years of capital procurement experience (or 6+ years without a degree)
• Experience developing procurement strategies, master agreements and NDAs
• Experience mentoring junior staff and aligning procurement with policy standards
• Experience negotiating favorable terms in contracts and sourcing strategies

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to sourcing approaches for Replacement Parts and EPC/Design Build.
• Develop and manage contracts to optimize terms and conditions.
• Review and ensure compliance with purchasing policies and industry best practices.
• Develop sourcing strategies for parts and EPC subcontractors.
• Engage with internal partners and attend business team meetings; travel as needed.
