The role involves coordinating requisitions to optimize value, quality, and lead times while supporting the Sr. Procurement Manager with reporting and supplier performance analysis. Requirements include 8+ years of procurement experience, proficiency with ERP systems, and a four-year degree.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of directly related procurement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Experience with multiple ERP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review requisitions and issue purchase orders for value, quality, delivery, and price.
• Assist in supplier selection through inspections and inquiries; adjudicate differences.
• Obtain quotations and select vendors; liaison between requisitioning departments and suppliers.
• Interpret specifications and provide technical fabrication assistance as needed.
• Maintain follow-up on open orders and report status to management.
• Support Sr. Procurement Manager with reports and records; uphold ethics and company values.
