Job summary

Pivotal Solutions is seeking an organized procurement professional to oversee the entire order process, from proposal review to delivery and payment. You will review proposals, negotiate terms, select suppliers, and maintain records across the order lifecycle.

Responsibilities include issuing RFQs for a wide range of commodities, adjusting terms and conditions of purchase agreements, and conducting supplier analysis to drive cost savings and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in purchasing, inventory, or supply chain management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
