Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Procurement Specialist for on-site work in New York, NY. This contract role focuses on strategic sourcing and vendor management for the Ads department, negotiating favorable contracts, and building strong vendor relationships.

You will collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and Security to align the procurement roadmap with business objectives and drive cost savings while maintaining compliance and efficiency across the procurement lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of procurement experience with contract negotiations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
• Korean language skills are a plus and may aid collaboration

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic sourcing and vendor management for Ads department
• Negotiate contracts to secure best pricing and terms
• Lead vendor onboarding and renewal activities with IT, Finance, Legal, and Security
• Develop and evolve procurement strategy aligned with Ads objectives
• Conduct market research to identify qualified vendors
• Oversee procurement process to ensure policy compliance and efficiency
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to smooth the procurement workflow
• Stay updated on procurement trends and best practices
