MiLa is seeking an experienced procurement leader to own end-to-end procurement for raw materials, packaging, and contract manufacturing. You will govern supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and terms, and ensure materials are available at the right time and cost.

The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, inventory management, and cross‑functional collaboration with Planning/S&OP and Finance to optimize working capital and avoid supply disruptions. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

• Experience owning supplier relationships and negotiations.
• Strong procurement planning, replenishment, and inventory awareness.
• Ability to translate demand into optimized purchasing decisions.

Mansioni

• End‑to‑End Procurement Ownership for raw materials, packaging, and contract manufacturing.
• Act as Purchasing Gatekeeper before PO placement and optimize cost/lead times.
• Collaborate with Finance on COGS, budgets, and cash flow forecasting.
• Maintain supplier scorecards and drive continuous cost savings.
• Ensure accurate PO creation, tracking, and on‑time delivery.
