Job summary

Pacific Packaging Machinery, a ProMach brand, seeks a Materials Manager to oversee procurement, planning, inventory control, and shipping for custom filling and capping machinery. Lead a cross‑functional team, drive supplier performance, and implement Lean improvements to meet schedule commitments.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, and Quality to ensure BOM accuracy, on‑time material availability, and cost‑effective purchasing while coaching a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of materials management or supply chain experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Experience with ERP/MRP planning, inventory control, cycle counting, and shipping/receiving.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, planning, inventory control, receiving, shipping, and materials flow.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, Quality, and Field Service across the project lifecycle.
• Improve inventory accuracy, lead times, and material readiness through Lean principles and visual management.
