Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Proven success in supplier negotiations and delivering cost savings.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and global sourcing.
• Experience with SAP Ariba or Oracle and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business and global objectives.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier identification, RFI/RFP management, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic suppliers to enhance quality, performance, and value.
• Analyze spending trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and project requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, conduct business reviews, and drive corrective actions when needed.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
• Mentor procurement team members and promote a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
