Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Supply Chain, Engineering, Business).
• Minimum 7 years in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategy development, supplier relationship management, and contract negotiations.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration in a global environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making skills.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS or CPSM are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze market dynamics, supplier landscapes, spend data, and cost drivers to identify opportunities.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract management for favorable outcomes.

• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in quality and delivery.
