Job summary

Dematic is seeking an Expert Procurement Project Lead to direct procurement for the organization’s most complex, strategic, and high-value customer projects. The role partners with PM, Engineering, Finance, and suppliers to guarantee successful outcomes and strong project delivery leadership.

The base pay range is $112,875 - $165,000 annually at posting, with final compensation based on location, education, and experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a related field with project-based procurement experience.
• Experience leading procurement for large, complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement delivery for Dematic’s most complex, strategic projects.
• Develop project-specific procurement strategies aligned with objectives and customer requirements.
• Act as the main procurement leader for scope, schedule, cost, and commitments.
• Drive accountability across PM, Engineering, Finance, Quality, and Suppliers.
• Own procurement risk management and mitigation for project outcomes.
• Influence multi-region teams and suppliers without direct authority.
