Job summary

Dematic seeks an Expert Procurement Project Lead to direct procurement for its most complex, strategic customer projects. You will drive project-specific strategies, lead procurement outcomes, and coordinate across PM, Engineering, Finance, and Suppliers to protect commitments and meet objectives.

You will mentor teams, own risk management, and deliver procurement execution plans while optimizing cost, schedule, and quality across multiple concurrent accounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading procurement for complex automation or capital projects.
• Proven ability to influence across groups without direct authority.
• Strong focus on risk, schedule, scope, and cost tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement delivery for Dematic's intricate, strategic projects.
• Develop project-specific procurement strategies aligned with objectives.
• Serve as main procurement leader ensuring scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Drive cross-functional accountability with PM, Eng, Finance, Quality.
• Oversee multiple projects and supplier accounts concurrently.
• Balance cost, schedule, risk, and commitments to decisions.
• Maintain Procurement Execution Plans and risk mitigation.
• Own procurement risk and issue management for projects.
• Lead supplier performance and resolution of complex issues.
• Influence cross-functional teams and suppliers without direct authority.
