Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 7+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Experience sourcing complex technical and industrial services and project contracts.
• Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements and achieve cost savings.
• Strong understanding of procurement controls, contract management, and supplier relationships.
• Experience collaborating with engineering, operations, finance, and project teams.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Leadership experience developing teams and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, procurement, and contract management for capital projects and construction services.
• Develop strategies to improve cost, supplier performance, and cash flow.
• Partner with engineering, operations, finance, logistics, and project teams.
• Negotiate commercial terms and strategic supplier partnerships.
• Drive procurement governance, SAP controls, and budget planning.
• Develop procurement budgets, forecasts, and purchasing plans.
• Mentor and grow the procurement team from ~3 to 5–6 members.
