Job summary

Campbell's is seeking a procurement leader to drive Transportation & Logistics strategy across North America from WHQ. You will guide category planning, analyze data, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive cost improvements with BU and Legal collaboration.

You will oversee RFIs/RFPs, negotiate contracts, and ensure alignment with company policies while delivering continuous improvements in service and cost. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in supply chain or related field.
• 7 years’ experience in Procurement or transportation operations.
• Experience with SAP, TMS and WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transportation & logistics category strategies.
• Lead RFIs/RFPs, analyze responses, and negotiate contracts.
• Manage supplier contracts and renegotiate as needed per terms.
