Job summary

The Campbell's Company seeks a proactive and strategic Manager, Indirect Procurement to shape procurement strategies across indirect SG&A spend, including IT, Professional Services, and HR. You will foster strong supplier partnerships and drive value through data-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities include leading programs with clear objectives and KPIs, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and mentoring procurement teams to deliver measurable results. Domestic travel 5–10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in procurement or supply chain management with at least 2 years in a managerial role focusing on strategic vendor management and process improvement.
• Travel: able to travel 5-10% for manufacturing site and supplier visits.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary lead for indirect procurement strategy across SG&A spend (IT, Professional Services, HR).
• Develop and execute procurement strategies, improve supplier relationships, and align with business objectives.
• Lead programs and initiatives with KPIs, timelines, and governance.
• Identify opportunities from spend analytics to drive savings and value creation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and drive process improvements.
• Lead teams and mentor procurement professionals to high performance.
