LATICRETE International is seeking a procurement professional to manage inventory and supplier relationships in a role based in Florida. You will lead stocking models, coordinate MRP-driven purchases, and partner with planning, operations, finance, and suppliers to ensure optimal service levels and cost targets.

The position emphasizes data-driven decisions, negotiation, and collaboration across teams to support production schedules and enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; 3+ years in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques and inventory management software.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: develop stocking models, review and adjust to maintain optimal levels, identify stockouts and mitigations.
• Procurement: execute MRP actions, create and manage purchase orders, track orders and coordinate logistics.
• Supplier Relationship Management: build and maintain supplier relationships, address delivery/quality issues, support supplier performance tracking and ethical sourcing.
• Collaboration: align purchasing with demand planning, operations, logistics, and finance for timely decisions and cash-flow impact.
