Job summary

LATICRETE International is seeking a Procurement & Inventory Specialist to manage stocking models, purchase orders, and supplier relationships. The role focuses on aligning inventory with demand signals and production schedules while maintaining cost, quality, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in procurement or supply chain, an associate degree, and strong analytical & communication skills to drive cross-functional collaboration across planning, operations, and finance.

Qualifications

• Associate7s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or Finance or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and data parameters.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in inventory control techniques and inventory management software.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: implement stocking models and regularly adjust stock levels.
• Procurement: create/manage purchase orders, track orders, coordinate inbound logistics.
• Supplier Relationship Management: maintain supplier relations, track performance.
• Collaboration: partner with Demand Planning and cross-functional teams.
