Job summary

Radwell International is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement & Inventory Planning Specialist to manage purchasing, inventory planning, supplier relationships, and product line performance. This role ensures product availability, optimizes stock levels, supports sales growth, and maintains strong vendor partnerships.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, data-driven, and able to balance inventory investment with customer demand and profitability objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory levels and demand patterns to determine purchasing and replenishment needs.
• Establish inventory planning parameters, stocking levels and guidelines.
• Generate purchase orders and manage vendor pricing in the P21 system.
• Monitor inventory performance and adjust strategies with sales trends.
• Negotiate pricing and supplier terms with vendors.
• Support sales teams by sourcing products and responding to RFQs.
