Job summary

Radiall in Oregon seeks a Buyer/Planner to execute procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely, cost-effective acquisition of goods for operations. You will work with internal teams to optimize the supply chain and maintain material availability.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in manufacturing procurement, and SAP MM/PP experience. APICS certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of procurement or purchasing experience in manufacturing/technical supply chain.
• Experience with SAP ERP MM/PP, MRP execution, PO processing, and Info Records.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP or ISM CPSM certification is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage purchase orders, change orders, and procurement in SAP.
• Monitor dashboards, requisitions, inventory levels, and order status to support production.
• Develop sourcing strategies, analyze market conditions, coordinate RFQs/RFPs, negotiate pricing.
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve delivery delays and quality issues.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Engineering, Production Planning, and Sourcing.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and trade regulations.
• Provide guidance to junior team members on SAP processes.
