Job summary

Orthodontic Experts is seeking a Procurement Manager to oversee daily purchasing, inventory replenishment, and supply-chain logistics across our clinic network. You will lead sourcing, negotiate contracts, evaluate vendor performance, and manage risk to maintain cost-effective operations and seamless patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain, finance, or closely related field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, inventory management, or multi-site management, preferably in dental/healthcare.
• Experience achieving measurable annual cost reductions through strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations.
• Experience managing inventory across multiple locations and implementing inventory controls.
• Experience with inventory management software or related purchasing/inventory technology.
• Proficiency in data analysis to interpret spend data and forecast inventory requirements.
• Strong vendor/contract management experience including pricing reviews and renewals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Hold a valid state driver’s license and pass MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Identify and vet reliable suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, service levels, and scalability.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable terms, discounts, and SLAs.
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key suppliers and conduct performance reviews.
• Support implementation of inventory management software across the organization.
• Establish and maintain standardized inventory processes across clinics with controls and tracking.
• Monitor minimum/maximum inventory levels to minimize carrying costs and ensure availability.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and support accurate reporting to Finance.
• Collaborate with Finance on inventory data, spend reporting, and valuation for planning.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and standardize purchases.
• Demonstrate annual reductions in成本 through negotiations, standardization, and cost containment.
• Maintain vendor contracts with renewal dates, pricing, SLAs, and performance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
• Work with clinic leadership to understand supply needs and promote accountability.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to purchasing, inventory accuracy, and costs.
