Orthodontic Experts is seeking a Clinical Director to oversee orthodontic operations across multiple sites, delivering chairside care 2–3 days weekly while leading clinical staff and optimizing workflows. This executive role links patient outcomes with financial performance, reporting to the President.

The candidate will steer KPI monitoring, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration to align clinical services with strategic business goals, including hiring and training initiatives

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Certificate in Orthodontics from an accredited residency program.
• 10+ years of active clinical orthodontic practice with leadership or multi-site experience.
• Strong organizational, financial, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to travel across locations.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality chairside orthodontic care 2–3 days per week.
• Direct and coach staff orthodontists for high performance.
• Monitor KPIs including case acceptance and production goals.
• Lead training and mentoring of new associates.
• Coordinate with leadership to align clinical services with business goals.
• Develop and enforce clinical guidelines and workflows.
• Participate in hiring selections for orthodontists.
• Forecast staffing needs with HR and develop talent pipelines.
