Job summary

You will drive productivity improvements and standardize procedures to cut costs while ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, 5 years of progressive SCM experience, SAP and ERP proficiency, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management.
• Five (5) years progressive experience in SCM, Purchasing and Planning preferred.
• Inventory control background required.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• High level of accuracy under time sensitive conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct procurement, inventory control and planning activities for USRS.
• Drive productivity improvements and standardize procedures to reduce costs.
• Collaborate with vendors to align with organizational goals.
• Develop and monitor annual business plans and productivity improvements.
• Maintain relationships with cross-functional departments to meet inventory goals.
• Track external vendors and internal KPIs to ensure alignment.
• Manage purchase orders, backorders, and expedition processes to reduce backlogs.
• Identify slow-moving items and develop action plans.
• Develop and maintain inventory control policies and processes to cut costs.
• Coordinate with Accounting/Finance on carrying costs.
• Update lead-time and safety stock to prevent stockouts.
• Participate in forecasting and planning reviews.
